Hello
I'm Allison — a brand and marketing strategist who's spent 13+ years turning culture into currency for brands people actually talk about.
I've built my career at the intersection of strategy and internet culture — leading social, PR, creator partnerships, and integrated campaigns for brands that needed more than a media plan. They needed a moment.
Most recently, I led social strategy at Mint Mobile, part of a career spent finding the idea that makes people stop scrolling and start sharing.
I care about the same thing I always have: work with a point of view.
My Story
I've always believed the best marketing doesn't feel like marketing. It feels like culture — the campaign your friend texts you about, the brand voice that sounds like a person, the moment that makes a scroll-stopper out of a scroller. That belief has shaped every chapter of my career.
Over 13 years, I've led social media, influencer and creator partnerships, PR, community, and integrated campaigns for brands navigating real inflection points — growth, reinvention, relevance. I've built teams, run agency relationships, and developed work that didn't just perform, it got talked about. That's always been the bar for me: did people just see it, or did they feel something.
Most recently, I led social strategy at Mint Mobile through a period of major change, including the T-Mobile acquisition. It sharpened something I already knew — I'm drawn to brands willing to be bold, teams that move fast, and ideas with a point of view. I care about consumer psychology as much as creative execution — the why behind what people share, not just the what.
My curiosity doesn't stop at the campaign brief. You'll usually find me on a tennis court, planning my next trip, or scoping out a new restaurant worth the reservation.
